Canada invited 11,528 prospective immigrants to apply for the PR in August 2019.

In August, Canada invited 7,200 candidates via federal immigration programs served by the Express Entry system. Another 4,328 candidates were invited under Provincial Nominee Programs. Ontario invited 2,770 candidates this month, Alberta invited 352 people, British Columbia issued ITAs to 913 registrants, Saskatchewan invited 150 foreigners, Prince Edward Island invited 143 candidates. In total, 11,528 foreign nationals received invitations to immigrate to Canada in August.
