On 17th April 2020, the immigration office of Newfoundland and Labrador started accepting applications for the fourth round of International Entrepreneur Category of Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP). The registration for this category will remain open until 24th April 2020 for eligible foreign nationals, those who are willing to obtain Canada business visa can apply for this Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP). All the international entrepreneurs are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (ITA) before the mentioned date.
If you are not ready to apply just as yet, this is not the last opportunity. The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador has pre-determined dates for six rounds of applications in the year 2020. There are still two more rounds to accept Expression of Interest after this one. The dates for the forthcoming rounds of inviting applications under this provincial nominee program (PNP) are as follows:
15th May – 22nd May
19th June – 26th June
The International Entrepreneur category of NLPNP is intended for business owners or senior managers who either would like to start a new business or buy an existing one as a whole or as a partner and actively manage the day to day operations of the company. The eligible foreign entrepreneurs who desire to settle in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador are requested to submit their Expressions of Interest as per the mentioned dates. Once you submit Expression of Interest, wait to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA). If you receive an ITA, it means that your application had moved ahead, and then you need to start working on your application form to complete it and attach all the necessary supporting documents. Business owners or seniors managers can gain their Canada business visas and, ultimately, their Canada PR by applying under this program of Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP).
