In the most recent PNP draw held, Manitoba issued a total of 174 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs). The purpose of LAAs is to invite candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for their permeant residence in Canada. LAAs were issued to Manitoba PNP candidates in the following streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas and International Education Stream.
