BC PNP Documents Required From Employer (Checklist)

  2. Recommendation Letter: A recommendation letter from the employer outlines why they recommend you for Canadian permanent residence. It highlights your suitability for the job position and contributions to the company and includes details about recruitment efforts before hiring.
  3. Signed Copy of the Job Offer Letter: A signed copy of the original offer letter sent to you includes key position details such as primary duties, pay rate, expected work hours, and discretionary benefits. It is printed on official company letterhead and pertains to a full-time position.
  4. Detailed Job Description: A detailed description of the offered position, including specific duties and requirements, helps in understanding the nature and responsibilities of the job.
  5. Valid Copy of the Municipal Business License: A copy of the valid municipal business license related to the employer’s business demonstrates that the employer’s organization is licensed to operate in its municipality.
  6. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation: A copy of the original certificate of incorporation or equivalent legal documents related to the company’s formation provides evidence of the company’s legal status.
  7. Evidence of Recruitment Efforts: Describes the recruitment efforts undertaken by the employer before choosing to hire you. It includes details such as where the position was advertised, the duration of the advertisement, and information about Canadian residents and citizens who applied and were rejected.
