It is a wonderful opportunity for international students with master’s and doctoral degrees through an internship program. You must have a master’s or doctoral degree program in Manitoba within the past 3 years. Your language proficiency must match a minimum CLB/NCLC 7 (or equivalent). You must have a sufficient settlement fund and a detailed plan to settle in the province.

The pathway allows 20 international students who have graduated from Manitoba and want to establish their business in the province. Certain conditions are mentioned in the Business Performance Agreement, and candidates must fulfil those terms and conditions to be nominated for permanent residence.
You must have 6 months of experience as a senior manager in a business firm in Manitoba. Also, you need to produce a detailed business plan as a part of your application.

The pathway allows eligible business investors and entrepreneurs from around the world who can begin businesses in Manitoba. There are two sub-categories:
The Entrepreneur Pathway (EP) targets international entrepreneurs intending to start a business in Manitoba. Candidates who fulfil eligibility criteria can buy a business or become a partner of an already existing business.
If you want to apply for this pathway, you must have at least 3 years of full-time work experience in the past 5 years as a business owner or designated as a senior manager of a successful business. However, business owners get higher points than senior managers. You must have a minimum net worth of $500,000 CAD.

The Farm Investor Pathway (FIP) targets entrepreneurs with sufficient experience in the farm business and enough capital to invest. The pathway allows candidates to immigrate to Canada and establish a farm business in rural Manitoba.
