The Latest Express Entry Pool Breakdown
This is the pool breakdown after the latest Express Entry Draw as of November 22, 2022.
When Will CRS Score Come Below 480?
Many candidates were added to the pool from the last few draws for 601-1200, 491-500 and 481-490 ranges. The PNP candidates are in the pool now, covering the 601-1200 range. To achieve 480+ CRS, the candidates outside Canada must have at least a master’s degree, age below 30, 3 years plus work experience and CLB 10 in IELTS.
To cross 490, the candidates need some ties in Canada, such as Canadian work experience, Canadian education, Canadian job offer, relatives in Canada or good French language proficiency.
The CRS score possibly comes below 480-485 by February, assuming the IRCC will keep the number of invitations equal to 4,750 and the additions to the 490-500 range is reduced in future. CRS will take longer to reach the 470-475 range by March to June 2023.

5. Master French Language
The candidates’ CRS cut-off score may be increased by 50 points by proficiency in French. In the latest Canada Immigration Levels Plan 2023-2025, IRCC has allocated a significant share to Francophone immigration. Obviously, it is not a very helpful option for candidates with very low scores.
