LAAs were issued to Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program candidates under the following 3 streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas and International Education Stream. The ranking score of the lowest-ranked invited candidate under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream was 475 and for Skilled Workers Overseas stream it was 816.
