SINP Saskatchewan Experience Category

There are opportunities for temporary international workers presently working in the Saskatchewan province in Canada to get permanent residence by applying in the Saskatchewan Experience category. The government of Saskatchewan targets eligible candidates who have already experienced life in the province and have contributed to the labour market and community. The category is a collection of six immigration streams or sub-categories under the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP) operated by the government of Saskatchewan.

The Saskatchewan Experience category is not connected to the federal Express Entry system. If you meet the eligibility criteria for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), you can apply directly to the program without creating an Express Entry profile and waiting for an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in a draw. If the SINP authority approves your application, you can apply directly to the Canadian government for permanent resident status.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please review eligibility criteria carefully and prepare your documents accordingly. There may or may not be an application fee for each sub-category. The application fee is non-refundable.
