  • Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) of CAN$20,000: This amount has been increased to reflect the rising cost of living.
  • Completion of an upfront medical examination: Required to meet Canada’s health requirements.
  • Qualifying language test score: For English, an IELTS score of at least 6.0 in each skill; for French, a TEF Canada score equivalent to CLB 7.
