  1. Age must be between 21 and 59 years.
  2. At least CAD $600,000 as your personal asset.

  6. At least two years of experience managing or owning a business. Or you must be employed as a senior manager in the last ten years.

  8. At least a high school diploma as your education qualification.
  9. Intent to live permanently in the province.
  10. An exploratory visit to the province before buying or starting a business.

Application Procedure

  • Stage 1: Complete Expression of Interest (EOI) with appropriate information.
  • Stage 2: After evaluation of your profile, the province’s immigration office will send you an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
  • Stage 3: Submit your application with all documents, including a Review Engagement and Special Purpose Report.
  • Stage 4: If your application is approved, you will be issued a provincial nomination to apply for permanent residence in Canada’s IRCC department.
